Chuck E. Cheese`s in Harrisburg

Was dreading going here remembering issues it had from a decade or more ago. Time can change things. We had a great time. Generally staff is pleasant and accommodating. All the kids had a fun time. Will certainly go back.

The games are fun but the environment is totally overstimulating and basically teaches kids to gamble. Most of the games are nearly impossible to win. We had fun but I won't be a repeat customer.

Always a good experience. Pizza was ready 15 minutes after we ordered. Employees were friendly as usual.

Fun games for kids and collect tickets as many as you can to get goodies. Loved the 🍕 as well.

The food is good, the chocolate chip cookie is really good. The salad bar looks fresh. We came as grandparents and our 4 year old grandaughter, our son and daughter in law. My husband and son were just as excited to play the games as our grandaughter. Its a nice family time. It was nice to actually see chuckie E cheese. Years ago when we brought our children he was never here. The restrooms are clean. We couldn't remember what to do as it was years that we were here and the staff was very helpful.

This was a fine establishment and they met my expectations. IF they were an assassin company. They really helped with my depression. I felt much better after they showed me what they do in the break room with the guñs and knivęs. Of course they use the ßlood as sauce on the pizza. It certainly taste that way! The monkey feces in the ball pit slid like French toast on the roof of a peanut hee-hoo factory. Bubble gum düm düms in the Pizza Hut. The skeletons in the giant gerbil tubes were a nice touch. I also loved the crazy history of it. BaD tHiNgS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please help this sinkhole of a circus.

Exspensive... The kids had a blast!! ages 2, 6, n 13. I got the $10 play card n 1pizza n wings for $51...He played basketball n loved it. I had a problem but got ot fixed by manager. Some lazy worker.

When I was 4 years old I came to Chuck E. Cheese’s with my cousins. I played with a random white boi, 10/10 social interaction he was probably my first nice person in PA, other kids called me gay. Chuck E. Cheese’s builds goodwill and better friendships.

Card board style pizza missing cheese on a third of the pizza. Multiple gaming machines out of tickets and the ticket "munchers" at one point were all out of service. No attempt to clean up multiple tables, and spills in front of the prize counter.

This is a great place for kids 12 and under. Lots of games for different ages. Was there as a Birthday party so can't say much about cost but my kids had fun. However, the tickets take a while to earn and the pizza seems like frozen pizza they just heated up. That staff was helpful but not obviously not excited about their jobs.

Lots of games. Slow service. Decent prices. Clean place.

Great place to have a family night. We went on a Wednesday night and it wasnt full at all. It was both me and my sons first time ever being there and we all had a great time

We had a very good time. The place was relatively clean. The line for the prizes was long and we had to wait several minute with various malfunctions, but they were fixed. My 3 year old loved it!

Expensive as usual but it was a fundraiser for the school.

Second time there and loved their pizza. I also like that they changed their coins for cards, so you can play all the games you would like for a certain amount of time. Staff was nice, patient and helpful (I was kind of lost with the change from coins to cards).

Pizza, fun and games! We love it here, it’s somewhere we go every two weeks at least! Great staff and nice environment.

Had my son’s 3rd Birthday here and he loved it. It seemed pretty clean and the kids loved the pizza. I would not pay to have another birthday here though. It did not seem worth it and I could not even enjoy my time with my kids because the party host kept coming to find me about stupid questions. I said I didn’t want anything extra and she kept coming to ask if we wanted this or that. Very annoying.Overall, fun place for kids.

About 20 yrs. Since last visit. Great team of workers that kept birthday parties in check, clean and friendly.

Wow. Really went downhill. Almost got into a fight with another child's parent over coins. Warning: you will find someone's weave in the tubes. Decency does not apply here anymore.

Buying the time card instead of coins is a nice option. Lady at front door was very informative. Salad bar overpriced.

38 min wait for a pizza??!! I could have had a better, cheaper pizza delivered in less time.

I went here today with my wife in kids to celebrate our granddaughter first birthday we had an amazing fun time & the food was well prepared 3/26/18

I just come here for the pizza oh yeah and I think my kids like it. Completely changed the monetary system not a fan of it. Prepaid cards they're using I guess its convenient.

We were there for a Birthday party. It was tons of fun for kids. Place was nice and clean.

Had a birthday party there, it was so much fun. Staff was super helpful and friendly. There was an incident with another patron that they handled immediately. Great experience, will definitely be having more parties.
